Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations planned for processing are:

Why can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimated by article 6 of the GDPR in the following way:

  • With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletter.
  • For the RESPONSIBLE’s legitimate interest: to carry out market studies, statistical analyses, etc. and to process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They shall be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or there are legal requirements that dictate their safekeeping and when it is no longer necessary for this, shall be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation of the data or their complete destruction.

Who do we provide your personal data to?

No communication of personal data to third parties is provided except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, our related service providers, with which the RESPONSIBLE has signed confidentiality contracts and processing agent required by current privacy regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or submitted in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept, that your data is necessary to fulfill your request, on the part of the provider, being voluntary the inclusion of data in the remaining fields. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are true and is responsible for communicating any changes thereof.

The RESPONSIBLE informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of GDPR, by which they are treated lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

In application of the LSSI, AZISTED, S.A. de C.V. will not send advertising or promotional communications by e-mail or other equivalent electronic means of communication that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients thereof.

4. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

In the case of users with whom there is a previous contractual relationship, AZISTED, S.A. de C.V. is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services of AZISTED, S.A. of C.V. which are similar to those initially contracted with the client.

In any case, the user, after proving his identity, may request that no further commercial information be sent to him through the channels of Customer Service.
